I started designing lights in 2015 during my sophomore year of undergraduate studies when I was asked to design The Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter for a senior project. The project was such a success that over the next few years I was asked to design several senior project productions.

 

After I graduated with my BS in Mechanical Engineering, I decided to commit to being a lighting designer. I began working for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center as an electrician and designed several shows there. I am now an MFA candidate at Northern Illinois University.
